VIT Master's Entrance Examination [VITMEE-2009] | MCA and MTech

VIT University Tamilnadu will conduct VITMEE - 2009 (VIT Master's Entrance Examination) - will be held on 7th June 2009 (Sunday) for Admission to the following programmes:

Note: Candidates with valid GATE percentile of 90 and above are exempt from VITMEE but need to apply

Eligibility:

• Candidates should have graduated with a full-time degree from any recognized University with a minimum aggregate of 60% for MCA and 50% for MTech degree programmes.

• Consistent Record in X Std. and XII Std. is required.

• Candidates appearing for their final degree exam / final semester exam in the current year are also eligible to apply.

• Candidates should have completed their final Semester/year exams before the selection interview at VIT University.

• It is compulsory for candidates selected to produce their final year marks' statement and Provisional degree certificate before August 15th, failing which, their admission will stand cancelled.

How To Apply:

Application form can be obtained,

• From the designated branches of GPO / HPO's on cash payment of Rs.900/-. Details of branches from which applications will be sold is available in the VIT www.vit.ac.in
  

• By sending a Demand Draft for Rs.900/- drawn in favour of "VIT University", payable at Vellore, to the Admissions Officer with a request letter containing full address of the applicant (OR)

• By handing over a DD for Rs.900/- in person at VIT University, Vellore (or) at our Chennai Administrative Office.
